A combination of freezing temperatures, fresh snowfall and rail strikes did not deter visitors from visiting Totton Pump's stand at the recent Brau fair in Nuremburg. During the three day event from 14th to 16th November the company recorded official enquiries from over 50 companies as well as meeting and supporting a high percentage of existing key customers who were also exhibiting.
As in previous years, this was again a truly global affair with enquires recorded from a diverse demographic ranging from Thailand Malaysia and New Zealand to Latvia, Finland and a selection of former Eastern Bloc countries.
The freshly designed stand received a steady influx of visitors across the 3-days where they were in keeping with the character of the exhibition welcomed to share a cold beer.

Without doubt, the star of the Totton exhibits was the first public showing of their new Liquid Ingress Protection System (LIPS) a patented device designed to provide protection of water ingress into motor bearings mounted vertically in both pump and agitator applications above the chilled water bath of drinks coolers. This innovative development created an unprecedented amount of interest from both worldwide Brewers and OEMs alike with many industry experts immediately recognising the value of improved reliability and longer life that this enhancement will undoubtedly bring.
