Totton Pumps are widely utilised in the reprographic printing industry. Typically multiple pumps will be fitted to stand-alone Plate-Processing machines designed to automatically feed Aluminium litho image plates through various developing and rinsing baths, in preparation for print reproduction.
Totton Pumps are utilised as "lift pumps" to fill the baths from floor level with the developing chemistry, then additionally as re-circulation pumps  to circulate the chemistry within the baths ensuring even applications of developer at correct levels of concentration. Finally Totton Pumps are utilised as "rinse pumps" to remove residual traces of developer and as high pressure "gum pumps" to apply the final process of gum fixative.

The neat and compact nature of Totton Pumps' designs ensures that high performance pumps can be fitted within compact space envelopes which are frequently a prerequisite of this type of application. A variety of mounting arrangements and orientations can be combined for optimum flexibility of installation.
All pumps are available in a choice of voltages to suit varying electrical supplies and most models can be offered with UL recognised variants.
